Once a project is confirmed, we’ll schedule a production call to align on goals, creative direction, logistics, and timing. I’ll help build an optimized schedule and shot list based on years of corporate production experience — ensuring you get everything you need efficiently.
I also offer guidance to help your team feel prepared and confident going into shoot day. Clear communication is key to a successful project, and I make sure clients stay informed at every stage. When helpful, my team and I can also conduct a pre-production walkthrough of the location.

For larger-scale corporate productions, I often recommend walking the location in advance. This allows us to maximize creative opportunities and identify any logistical considerations ahead of time.
We’ll review the space together, identify the strongest shooting areas, and finalize any technical or access needs before the production team arrives — so shoot day runs smoothly and efficiently.

I’ve worked with a consistent core crew for over 10 years and also partner with trusted production assistants nationwide when projects require travel.
Wherever the shoot takes place, we focus on creating on-brand, on-message content — and ensuring you’re confident in the results before we wrap.

After the shoot, proofs are delivered via a private online gallery where you can select favorites for final retouching. For video projects, I provide an easy-to-review cut so you can share feedback efficiently.
Turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks. I work with incredibly talented retouchers and editors in NYC to give each image and video its final polish, and I personally review all assets before delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
