Once a project is confirmed, we’ll schedule a production call to align on goals, creative direction, logistics, and timing. I’ll help build an optimized schedule and shot list based on years of corporate production experience, ensuring you get everything you need efficiently.
I also offer guidance to help your team feel prepared and confident going into shoot day. Clear communication is key to a successful project, and I make sure clients stay informed at every stage. When helpful, my team and I can also conduct a pre-production walkthrough of the location.

For larger-scale corporate productions, I often recommend walking the location in advance. This allows us to maximize creative opportunities and identify any logistical considerations ahead of time.
We’ll review the space together, identify the strongest shooting areas, and finalize any technical or access needs before the full production team arrives. This ensures our shoot days run smoothly and efficiently.

After the shoot, proofs are delivered via a private online gallery where you can select favorites for final retouching. For video projects, I provide an easy-to-review cut so you can share feedback efficiently.
Turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks. I work with incredibly talented retouchers and editors in NYC to give each image and video its final polish, and I personally review all assets before delivery to ensure consistency and quality.

How far in advance should we book? Two to four weeks is ideal for most corporate shoots. For large productions, more lead time helps. For tight deadlines, reach out anyway. If the schedule allows it, I can make fast turnarounds work.
Can you work around our office schedule? Yes. I shoot inside active offices regularly, planning around meetings and workflows so your team's day keeps moving.
Will you sign an NDA? Absolutely. I work with corporate legal teams all the time and I'm happy to sign yours or provide my own.
Do you arrange hair and makeup? I can bring trusted hair and makeup artists for executive sessions and on-camera talent. Just mention it when we scope the project.
Can you cover multiple locations? Yes. Office, manufacturing floor, headquarters, off-site. I plan multi-location shoot days so nothing gets missed.
Do you travel outside Dallas-Fort Worth? Yes, nationwide. I’ve been doing this a long time and have gained trusted production crews across the country when projects require travel.
