Frequently Asked Questions

How do corporate headshot days work?

Corporate headshot days are designed to be efficient, consistent, and minimally disruptive to the workday. I bring a compact lighting setup directly to your office and photograph team members in a controlled environment that produces consistent results across the entire organization. Most employees are photographed in just a few minutes, allowing teams to stay on schedule while maintaining a polished, professional look.

Can you photograph inside active industrial and manufacturing facilities safely?

Yes. I regularly photograph inside active factories, warehouses, and production environments. My team follows all required safety protocols, wears proper safety gear, and works with facility managers to ensure photography does not interrupt operations. I am experienced working from lifts, elevated platforms, and complex environments while maintaining full safety awareness.

Do you work on location at our office or facility?

Yes. Most of my work takes place on-site at corporate offices, campuses, factories, hospitals, schools, hotels, and restaurants across Dallas–Fort Worth. Working on location allows me to capture authentic environments while making the process convenient for your team.

What industries do you typically work with?

I work with organizations across corporate, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality, legal, finance, technology, and editorial industries. My experience across these environments allows me to adapt quickly and produce imagery that feels natural and on-brand for each organization.

How long does it take to receive final images?

Proof galleries are typically delivered within a few days of the shoot. Final retouched images are delivered within one to two weeks, depending on project size. Video projects include review rounds to ensure the final edit aligns with your goals.

Do you help with planning and shot lists?

Yes. Pre-production planning is a key part of my process. I work with marketing teams, creative directors, and stakeholders to develop shot lists, schedules, and location plans so shoot days run smoothly and efficiently. For larger budget shoots, I bring in a producer to help with the pre-production and shoot days. I’ve worked with the same 2 producers for over 10 years. They are amazing and an integral part of larger shoots.

Can you match previous headshots when new employees join the team?

Yes. My lighting setup and workflow are designed to be repeatable, allowing future headshot sessions to match previous imagery and maintain brand consistency as your team grows.

Who do you typically collaborate with during projects?

I work directly with marketing teams, agencies, editors, creative directors, and communications departments to produce photography and video that supports real-world brand, recruiting, editorial, and communication goals.

Do you travel outside of Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. While I am based in Dallas–Fort Worth, I regularly travel for projects when needed and have production assistants across the country to support efficient on-location work.

How are your images typically used by clients?

My photography and video are used across websites, marketing campaigns, recruiting materials, investor communications, internal communications, editorial publications, and brand storytelling initiatives.
