Frequently Asked Questions

How do corporate headshot days work?

Jennifer Boomer provides professional, on-site headshot photography that is efficient and minimally disruptive. I bring a compact lighting setup directly to your office and photograph team members in a controlled environment. I have a workflow that allows me to capture 50–70 consistent executive portraits per day without sacrificing quality.

Can you photograph inside active industrial and manufacturing facilities safely?

Jennifer Boomer is highly experienced in photographing inside active factories, warehouses, and complex production environments across North Texas.

I prioritize site safety above all else. My team arrives with all necessary PPE (Hard hats, steel-toe boots, safety vests) and is fully prepared to follow OSHA-regulated site guidelines. I am comfortable working from lifts and elevated platforms, ensuring that I capture high-end industrial imagery without interrupting your facility's daily operations.

What industries do you typically work with?

Jennifer Boomer partners with a diverse range of sectors, providing high-end commercial imagery for corporate, industrial, and creative organizations across North Texas.

I specialize in several key niches, including:

  • Industrial & Manufacturing: I am experienced in high-stakes environments like cleanrooms, heavy machinery floors, and active construction sites.

  • Corporate & Professional Services: I provide photography for legal, finance, and technology firms in business hubs like Las Colinas and Legacy West.

  • Hospitality & Education: I capture architectural and lifestyle visuals for hotels, restaurants, and university campuses.

  • Healthcare & Editorial: I work with healthcare providers and magazine editors to produce story-driven portraits and environmental features.

My experience across these varied environments allows me to adapt quickly, ensuring your imagery feels authentic and strictly adheres to your brand standards.

How long does it take to receive final images?

Proof galleries are typically delivered within a few days of the shoot. Final retouched images are delivered within one to two weeks, depending on project size. Video projects include review rounds to ensure the final edit aligns with your goals.

Do you help with planning and shot lists?

Yes. Pre-production planning is a key part of my process. I work with marketing teams, creative directors, and stakeholders to develop shot lists, schedules, and location plans so shoot days run smoothly and efficiently. For larger budget shoots, I bring in a producer to help with the pre-production and shoot days. I’ve worked with the same 2 producers for over 10 years. They are amazing and an integral part of larger shoots.

Can you match previous headshots when new employees join the team?

Yes. My lighting setup and workflow are designed to be repeatable, allowing future headshot sessions to match previous imagery and maintain brand consistency as your team grows.

Who do you typically collaborate with during projects?

I work directly with marketing teams, agencies, editors, creative directors, and communications departments to produce photography and video that supports real-world brand, recruiting, editorial, and communication goals.

Do you travel outside of Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. While I am based in Dallas–Fort Worth, I regularly travel for projects when needed and have production assistants across the country to support efficient on-location work.
